Returns Policy
We accept return of goods with the following conditions :
1) Goods received are damaged or defective.
2) All goods must be returned in new, unused & unopened condition.
All return of goods must be notified within 7 days after you have received the goods. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All toys must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a more reliable courier service that provides a tracking number and includes insurance.

3) Do I need to pay for Customs/Import Taxes ?
Well... your order will probably be charged for customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees etc) when it arrives your country. You will need to pay for these fees yourself if you are charged for that, the amount being charged may differ depends on country.
